Take A Look Inside Kim K’s Meal Plan for the Week

With summer time approaching, a lot of people are busy hitting the gym and taking on healthier diets in preparation for their perfect beach body moment on Instagram. But, Kim Kardashian seems to have us all beat.

Recently, she revealed that she is taking some major steps towards perfecting her body for this year’s Met Gala. Apparently she is doing a 10 day detox priced at $650 to ensure that her curves are red carpet ready come May 7th.

When chatting about the cleanse, Kim wrote, “Right now, I’m on the third day of my 10-day Sunfare Optimal Cleanse! I’m SO excited to do this, you guys, but I definitely need to mentally prepare, lol. I have the Met Gala coming up and I’ve worked so hard working out, but I started eating a lot of sweets and I wanted to just change my food patterns to eat healthier and cut sugar out of my life as much as I can. We always have sweets around and it’s really hard when there are temptations everywhere.”

Well more power to you, Kim! Honestly, we just can’t believe this meal chart. The detox primarily consists of protein shakes as meal substitutions and one main meal during the day. However, there are three days in the plan where Kim is only allowed to consume liquids.

At the American Beauty Star studios we are 50-50 on whether or not this sounds completely crazy. Some of our editors think that it looks like a pretty filling diet while others of us are rolling our eyes in disbelief over Kim’s herbal tea nightcap.
